Ieri sera è stata la volta della cambusa, con le razioni di cous-cous, pastina e polenta... si, ebbene sì, proprio polenta: non è un tipico piatto estivo ma pensando ai formaggi còrsi e alle serate ventose che incontreremo durante il periplo abbiamo deciso di replicare l'esperienza dello scorso anno a Maiorca e di inserire nell'elenco delle pietanze anche alcune porzioni di polenta. Che lega benissimo con la birra còrsa, la famosa Pietra "accumudata cu a castagna"!

Last night was the time to get ready with food, so we organize daily rations of cous-cous, small pasta and polenta... yes, well, polenta is definitely not a summer dish but thinking about Còrse cheeses and windy evenings we'll surely have during the trip, than we decided to reply the experience of last summer expedition to Majorca and to put in the list also some polenta. That is very good with the Corse beer, the famous Pietra with its typical chestnut taste!
