Asterix in Corsica!

"In generale si pensa alla Corsica come alla terra natia di un imperatore che ha scritto nel grande libro della Storia pagine memorabili almeno quanto quelle del nostro vecchio amico Giulio Cesare. Ma essa è stata anche la culla di un romantico cantante dalla lunga e gloriosa carriera: i suoi motivi di Marinella e della bella Catarineta sci sci han riempito il mondo. La Corsica è anche il paese della vendetta, della siesta, dei complicati intrighi politici, dei formaggi piccanti, dei maiali selvatici, delle castagne (leggi cazzotti), dei succulenti merli beffeggiatori e dei vecchi senza età che guardano scorrere la vita.
Ma la Corsica non è tutta qui! E' uno di quei luoghi privilegiati della Terra che godono di una loro tipicità che né i tempi né gli uomini riescono ad intaccare. E' uno dei paesi più belli del mondo e ben merita l'appellativo di "isola della bellezza".
Ma perché questa premessa? - si chiederà qualcuno. Perché i corsi - che son ritenuti individualisti, tanto son sicuri di sé, apatici, ospitali, leali, fedeli agli amici, attaccati al paese natio, chiacchieroni e coraggiosi - sono pure ben altro. Sono permalosi".
